Issue: One of the world's leading providers of quality post-secondary educational services was starting to experience increased costs and lower lead volume than projections. Lead costs were skyrocketing to over 300% in less than one month.

Resolution: Our assessment of the lead process identified high bounce rates and low conversion. Additionally we identified a flawed strategy on keyword mix, coverage and positioning. Our team revamped copy and landing page layout to lower bounce rates & increase conversion by matching landing page copy to outreach messaging while we streamlined the lead form. These changes coupled with keyword expansion, focused geographical coverage and increased positioning resulted in 6 times the weekly lead volume at 1/3 the cost.
